Return
We assured you will love the product you have ordered, in rare case that you do not, you may return your purchase if your product arrived defective or damaged, we are more than happy to arrange for another solution or replacement. Please note the defects and damage must be reported as when the product is delivered. Our agent person will inspect at the time of delivery with images of damage & defect. Time period: Funds are issued 7 working days after the item is been inspected and received, All you need to do is drop an email at help@omgfurniture.in or call on our customer service number Your refund will equal the merchandise price, less the return shipping cost (any shipping, loading, unloading, packaging and handling paid at the time of purchase will also be withheld).
If the product was customised as per your demand then it can’t be returned.

All our products are edited and photographed in lighting for clarity. This may result with minor difference in design & Colour due to editing /lighting effect which is not considered as defect.

BEFORE DELIVERY:
An order can be cancelled within 24 Hours of order. A cancellation fee of 5% will be charged. the few exceptions that can’t be returned as in Personalized or customized items, Non-Returnable item, used items

We only offer delivery on INDIA orders to the lower 29 states
SHIPPIN METHOD
All orders will be shipped via GATI,SAFEEXPRESS,DELIVERY, DP WORLD and DTDC. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES & NOTIFICATION
- We arrange the shipping within 7~10 business days.
- Once the product is shipped generally it takes 5-7 Business days time to get it delivered, but some time the transit time varies on customer’s location to fulfillment center.
- For Exchange it takes 10-15 Days time to get it delivered.
- Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed or whatsapp to customer once order is shipped.
